Southern Exposure Real Estate Photography, LLC ("Southern Exposure," "we," "us") is a real estate photography and video company in Lacombe, Louisiana. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address and phone number.
Booking details: the property address, shoot date and the services you order.
Messages you send us by email, phone, text or our contact form.
Payment records: that an invoice was paid and for how much. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store them.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your shoot.
To send invoices, payment links and receipts, and reminders about unpaid invoices.
To answer your questions and keep our business records.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your booking or invoice, including a link to view and pay it. We do not send marketing texts without your permission. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, usually one to four messages per booking. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as our booking portal, Stripe for payments, and our email and text delivery providers, and only as needed to do their job. We may also share it if the law requires.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep business and tax records as long as the law requires. To ask us to correct or delete your information, email info@photosouthernexposure.com.
