These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services Southern Exposure Real Estate Photography, LLC ("Southern Exposure," "we," "us") provides.

Our services

We provide real estate photography, drone, video and related media. The services, packages and prices are the ones shown on this website and in our booking portal at the time you book.

Booking and scheduling

Shoots are booked through our online booking portal. We may reschedule a shoot for weather, safety or access problems, and we will contact you to find a new time.

Invoices and payment

We send an invoice for each shoot with a link to pay online by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Payment is due on the date shown on the invoice. Where we offer payment at closing, the invoice says so. Unpaid invoices may receive reminders by email or text.

Your media

We deliver your photos and video for you to use in marketing the property. We may also show the finished work in our portfolio, website and social media, unless you ask us not to.

Our responsibility

We work hard to deliver quality work on time, but we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total responsibility for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Text message program

Program name: Southern Exposure booking and invoice texts.

What you will receive: text messages about your own bookings and invoices, such as a link to view and pay an invoice, payment reminders, payment confirmations and booking updates. We do not send marketing texts.

Consent: by giving us your mobile number when you book or request our services, you agree we may text you about your booking and invoices. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: varies, usually one to four messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. For help: reply HELP, email info@photosouthernexposure.com or call (985) 685-7801.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
